Tuscany Gardens is proud to host Coyote Canyon Winery for our first five course prix fixe wine-paired dinner of 2023. We're featuring an inspired menu of Italian cuisine that pairs perfectly with a selection of Coyote Canyon Winery bottles.

Amuse-bouche of Beet and Goat Cheese - pickled baby beets, herbed goat cheese, toasted baguette, candied kumquat

Sacchettoni Wedding Soup - housemade sacchettoni dumplings filled with pork, cheese, and herbs, baby spinach, chicken broth

White Fish Crudo - delicate white fish, lemon oil, house pickled Fresno peppers, preserved lemon, crispy shallots, herbs
