This past Saturday, we celebrated a milestone—our 30th year anniversary at the vineyard! Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of growing grapes for some of the finest wineries in the Pacific Northwest, and this event was a moment to reflect on our journey and the people who have been a part of it.

The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, with clear skies and sunshine setting the stage for an unforgettable day. We were thrilled to welcome many of our loyal Wine Club members, who joined us in celebrating with live music, great food from Big Wheezy BBQ and of course our finest wines, including our 30th anniversary limited only Petite Verdot.

One of the highlights was the champagne bus tours led by myself or Justin, our winemaker, where guests took in the breathtaking views of the vineyard and heard stories of our history and winemaking process.

A special moment was recognizing our long-standing employees, honoring their outstanding service and commitment. Their dedication has been key to our success, and it was heartwarming to celebrate them in front of our community.

With a big day of harvest prior to the party, only 3 of the eight award winners were present to receive their plaques. Pablo Bucio, an employee from 1977-2024, 47 years, was thrilled to receive his plaque. Pablo started working with me in 1977, feeding cattle, changing sprinklers, and driving trucks and tractors. For the last 20 years he has been responsible for managing equipment operations for the entire vineyard.

We also held a live auction to benefit our sponsor, Heartinks Hospice with all proceeds going toward their mission. The auction was a huge success, and we would like to congratulate all of our auction winners for their generous contributions to this important cause.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who attended and helped make this day so memorable. A special thanks to our Wine Club members for your ongoing support, and to Heartlinks Hospice for partnering with us.

Thank you for celebrating 30 years with us and here’s to the next 30 years! 🍷🍇

Cheers,

~ Mike, Martha, and the entire Coyote Canyon Family
