A blend of Pinot Gris, Viognier and Chardonnay that has a sweet aroma of honey dew melon, apricot and jasmine . A smooth rounded mouth feel mixed with a crisp clean acidity creates a complex, lingering finish with hints of creamy lemon rind. A great wine for sipping by itself and pairs well with light fish, oysters, grilled white meats or light pasta dishes.
Pressed off as whole clusters, each varietal in this wine was made separately in stainless steel fermentation tanks to preserve each wine's unique flavor. This wine was carefully blended to create a food friendly wine with great mouth feel.
