Crisp and clean, this blend of Pinot Gris, Viognier, and Chardonnay carries sophisticated scents of honeysuckle, peach, and jasmine. A smooth rounded mouth feel mixed with a crisp clean acidity, create a complex, lingering finish with hints of fresh gooseberries and creamy lemon rind. A great wine for sipping by itself and pairs well with light fish, oysters, grilled white meats or light pasta dishes.
Pressed off as whole clusters, the Pinot Gris and Viognier were co-fermented in a stainless steel tank. This technique created a unique blend and flavor profile. The Chardonnay was added after fermentation to create a more complex and rounded mouthfeel.
