2010 Life is a Rosé

Tasting Notes

Barbera, known for its high acidity, is the primary component of this wine.  This wine’s brilliant ruby color is a result of less than 24 hours of skin contact before the grapes were pressed off.  When poured, aromas of rose petal, caramel, and green apple will fill your glass with a fruity-yet-dry medium body.A tangy blood orange, grapefruit, lemon pepper accent it's finish on the palate. Wonderful flavors blend to create the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. Great by itself or with casual Italian dining.

Winemaker’s Notes

These grapes were handpicked, crushed and left on the skins just long enough to extract this wine’s beautiful color.  Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks
