Crisp and clean, this blend of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Viognier carries sophisticated scents of honeydew, peach, and apricot. Its rounded mouth feel mixed with a bold acidity creates a complex, lingering finish. A great wine for sipping by itself and pairs well with light fish, oysters, grilled white meats or light pasta dishes.
Press off as whole clusters, each varietal in this wine was made separately in stainless steel fermentation tanks to preserve each wine's unique flavor. This wine was carefully blended to create a food friendly wine with great mouth feel.
