Tasting Notes

This exciting, fresh, Spanish grape is a rare variety in Washington. Coyote Canyon Vineyard was the first in the state to plant this grape, and our winery is one of only a handful privileged to work with it. Pear, star fruit and honeydew characterize this wine. A great sipping wine, or pair with light fish, grilled white meats, or light pasta dishes.

Winemaker’s Notes

Pressed off as whole clusters and fermented in stainless steel to preserve quality and flavor.
