Barbera, known for its high acidity, is the primary component of this wine. This wine’s brilliant ruby color is a result of less than 24 hours of skin contact before the grapes are pressed off. When poured, aromas of rose petal, caramel, and green apple will fill your glass. Wonderful flavors blend to create the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. Great by itself or with casual Italian dining.
The grapes are handpicked, crushed, and left on their skins to extract color. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks.
