Crisp and clean, this blend of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Viognier carries sophisticated scents of honeydew, peach, and apricot. Although having a bold acidity, the rounded mouth feel of this off dry white wine has a very nicely pronounced lingering finish. A great wine for sipping by itself, but pairs well with light fish, oysters, grilled white meats, or light pasta dishes.
Pressed off as whole clusters, each varietal in this wine was made separately in stainless steel fermentation tanks to preserve each wine’s unique flavor. This wine was carefully blended to create a food friendly wine with great mouth feel.
