Tasting Notes

Aged in small French oak barrels, this five vineyard blend carries aromas of ripe cherry, spice, and dried orange peel.  This medium bodied wine reveals smooth tannins, hints of mocha, and leather in its subtle lingering finish.  Pair with your favorite pasta dish accompanied by a rich tomato sauce.
